MedicalTAX inc. is a cost-plus "pay if and when you use our services" administrator of PHSP to businesses. Our goal is to assist businesses and individuals in saving taxes on their health services costs.

In addition to our Plan being used as a complete STAND ALONE PLAN , it can also be used as a TOP-UP plan should there already be an existing insurance plan in place.

The Canadian Tax Act defines all health care services as medical expenses. A PHSP covers a vast array of health care services as by definition in the Canadian Income Tax Act of Medical Expenses.
