Registration Fee

  • $190 for the employer, first employee and the employee's dependants to be registered in the PHSP.
  • $99 for all additional employees and their families to be registered in the PHSP by the employer at the initial set up time.

Employees Added Later to the PHSP

A setup fee of $99 will be charged for any additional employees and their families added to the employer's PHSP list later.

Employees Dropped From the List

There are no charges when the Employer advises MedicalTAX that an employee has been dropped from their PHSP.

Administrative Fee for PHSP Claims

The administrative fee will be an 8% tax deductible fee (plus GST on the fee only.)  GST does not apply to the health care expenses.
